Please note: If you have previous PMU brows done by another artist please contact us directly at hdbeautybyval@gmail.com before booking ~PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BELOW~ IF YOUR LAST TREATMENT WAS PREFORMED OVER 15 MONTHS AGO YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR AN INITIAL SERVICE. Annual sessions are required to ensure the longevity of your treatment. If you are looking to book your 3-month touch up please revisit our service page to book.
